On days off, Kyle can be found on the golf course, in the pool hall or spending time with his family. Kyle actively participates in his daughters sports, from helping with soccer and baseball, to cheering them on during hockey games. Kyle obtained his red seal as an interprovincial journeyman millwright.

Dwayne enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Him and his brothers go on an annual hunting trip in Manitoba with their parents. Dwayne will also take quick trips to the Kootenays for hunting or fishing in his personal time. He is a dedicated father and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters at home. Dwayne had his own finish-carpentry business prior to starting Impact and has been in construction for most of his working life.

Ryan is a valued employee of Impact and has been with us for upwards of 10 years! Him and Dwayne make a strong team that work well together on site. Ryan is known by our clients as a friendly and diligent worker. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Joanne has been working in the construction industry as a bookkeeper for over 15 years. She is strong in her position and has very quickly become a huge asset to Impact Builders. On her days off, Joanne is busy golfing, enjoying time on the lake or watching her sons ref hockey.

Carly helps tie up the loose ends as the office admin. Working closely with Joanne, she’s also quick to jump in if she’s needed elsewhere. Carly is sociable and works well with clients and trades. When she has a day off, Carly can be found snowboarding at Big White or having a beach day while still dreaming of Big White.

Joe has been a loyal employee of Impact for over a decade. He’s the Lead Safety Hand and ensures our sites are meeting protocols. Joe consistently proves his dedication to the company and is willing to hop in and help wherever he’s needed. Joe fits in well with the Impact family and enjoys hunting in his spare time.
