Multi-Family homes are becoming more popular as the City of Kelowna continues to develop while trying to accommodate as many families as possible. Impact Builders has seen a large increase in multi-family homes, from duplexes all the way to 5plexes. In 2017, we built 22 units in BlueSky at Black Mountain creating a beautiful multi-family development with 360 degree views!
