Thank you to Impact Builders for our beautiful new home. From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. From our initial introduction to Kyle and Dwayne Jones, their professionalism and approachability made this project effortless and seamless. After our initial meetings, we left Kelowna for 6 months and relied totally on Impact to complete the construction and fulfill all our requests. Dwayne’s expertise in construction and his attention to detail was very assuring for us and his suggestions and recommendations were well welcomed and appreciated. All the Impact personnel were friendly, hard working and efficient from Carly in the office to Ryan on site. Their trades were also excellent and pleasant to work with.

The Jones brothers did a great job for us. The house was just finishing the drywall stage when we bought it. Impact was very flexible about letting us change things within the house and helping us stay on budget. The final product is one that we love and are happy to come home to everyday.

Several years ago Kyle, Dwayne and Chad from Impact Builders led me and my family through the process of designing and building our first home. The home they constructed for us was a one of a kind, custom designed and built home. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire build process and the resulting home. We are now proud to live in a spectacular home in a great neighbourhood.
